Comfy hotel, with ample parking reserved for its clients, situated in a quiet area in the locality of Ponticelli on the outskirts of Città della Pieve and two kilometres from its centre. The restaurant is the hotel's highlight which specialises in both Umbrian; but mainly, Neapolitan cooking and bases its unique flavours on truffle and fish, which is its specialty.
Clients will be welcomed by the management who will ensure that their guests feel at ease and their stay will be characterised by an atmosphere of familial warmth, created by this family run business.

The hotel consists of 11 comfortable rooms furnished in a modern style complete with telephone and private bathroom.
The restaurant seats 130 guests and is the strong point of the hotel with its unique menu using local Umbrian products. Guests will have the opportunity of choosing from the restaurant's fresh fish dishes which the hotel management always makes sure are available for their guests.
